Bought a new printer from Revain/HP for $469 on Feb 19th, ended March 30th (too late to return), yellow and black didn't work. Submission didn't work until May 26th. I will never buy anything from Amazon or HP again. James Harrison Redondo Beach

I am very glad I got this printer because I have an old version of Windows and couldn't find a compatible one. Works great and I would buy again!

I use the HP Officejet Pro 8620 mainly for scanning and have bought several for this purpose. I wanted AirPrint (iPhone) but it doesn't fit. Some work like AirPrint (iPhone) and some don't, without explanation.

Because I have over $300 old cartridges and love my previous printer, I spent a little more to replace them. It was money well spent. It worked right out of the box.

It was like my old 8600 printer. The lights on the control panel went out and I couldn't print or scan with the printer. I'm so happy my newbie.

I have owned this printer for five years now. I got it for free. I had to give up and buy a modern laser printer. This is an absolute money hole. Ink refills cost $120. Cartridges have chipped, so third-party ink is not suitable. As far as I know, HP is practically the culprit here. Fuck these guys. Even if it is a quality product, do not think for a second that you will not use it.
