I got this cat tower last week and my cats love it! There were no reviews when I ordered so I was a bit worried but I'm glad I chose this one. For reference, in the first photo my 10 lb cat is sleeping and in the second photo my 15 lb cat is lolling on the top bunk. Easy to assemble, includes all parts plus extras. I was concerned that my rather stocky cat wouldn't be able to use it or navigate it safely, but after some getting used to, she can pace up and down with ease. (See attached picture). To be honest the instructions are not very clear you basically just need to understand what it does and what it does from the pictures. This is my second build of such a tower so I knew what to look for and my friend didn't. The faux fur gets stuck in the screws, the base isn't a perfect square. So if you adjust the legs based on the image and logo placement, it won't fit properly when you get to the top platforms. I wasn't thrilled that the houses weren't solid construction but have 4 support posts top and bottom so you lose some of that interior space. The only part that is upholstered is the two upper seats. Everything is made of pressed cardboard, over which a fluffy fabric is stretched. Feels like a t-shirt. Our kittens are still learning to jump and balance, and they've fallen and banged their knuckles on hard surfaces too many times. Going on your head is very cool. Shipping was fast even though I chose free shipping. It was half the price of something similar at the local store. It took me 2 hours to assemble but will be much quicker next time. Most screws look the same, but sort them by length as some are shorter for specific areas. The instructions on the pictures were good but pay close attention to the part numbers and those two shorter screws. You have to use your finger to find the hole in the fabric.
