I commute daily by scooter down Market Street in San Francisco.

I recently upgraded to the Hiboy VE1 Pro a month ago. I will share my thoughts on the product and how it compares to my old scooter. Maybe it will help you make a buying decision.This scooter was a HUGE upgrade for me. It is better in every way than my old one. I love riding it. Fast sturdy scooter with bigger wheels

We like the VE1 scooter that we got and have used for a little over a week now. The bigger wheels make it sturdier and feel safe to ride. The light included on the front is brighter than expected and works well. The gears are nice to control speed.The assembly instructions were a little tough to understand but using the video on YouTube was helpful and we got it together and it is working well.Impressive speed and smooth ride.

Can't handle hills

Had high hopes for this, but it just can't handle going up hills. At only 10-15 degrees incline, this thing wouldn't go faster than 5mph. Great on flat lands, but if you live in the mountains, no good.Would buy another one if they added a seat a doubled the power.The return was easy. That's why I bought it on Ebay. Gave it a fair try, but didn't work out for me.

WOW! Such a blast and way more versatile than other e-scooters.

Wow, this thing is a blast to ride and well worth the investment.A friend of mine just got an e-scooter so when mine arrived I was excited not only being able to go out riding together but to also compare the differences. Great step up for commuting

I'm coming to this scooter from the Hiboy S2 Pro scooter and it has been a great improvement for my daily commute. The larger wheels deliver a smooth ride, the faster speed shortens the ride, and the improved range means I have to charge up less.It was quick to assemble and ready to go in 15 minutes. Best upgrade best in my review

I love Hiboy! This is my second Hiboy scooter and I didn't think it could get any better than the S2 but it does. This scooter is easy to assemble. I did it by myself in less than 30 minutes. The ECOM14 has exceeded my expectations. It is faster and the battery life can go further. I didn't think I would like the air filled tires over the hard tire of the S2 but I do. They got everything right for the right price.

This is my second Hiboy scooter and they never disappoint. This scooter glides when riding it compared to others, and because of the 16" tires you can just roll over uneven ground with ease. It has smooth throttle control and can really get moving if you want it to. Then there's the battery life. You can't find anything like this especially for this price.

What a great scooter. It's fast , smooth and sturdy .I am 67 yrs old and have no problem riding this sleek looking machine. Updated Review 12-13-22 - This scooter has had more problems than I can count. It's been out of commission for the last 2 months with a broken battery. Easy to ride and goes FAST

Easy to put together except the order of the hardware on the front wheel. Watching YouTube filled in where the written instructions were unclear. It’s a blast to ride. Battery monster for my opinion

First impression: battery life 3times longer than my previous scooter. I rode from dt Brooklyn to williamsburg. Defective frame, no tools included, large acceleration lag on the throttle

The frame appears to be damaged.The box didn’t include tools to assemble as specified in the instruction manual.Range is good, but very annoying acceleration lag, when you press the throttle it takes 1-2 seconds to get power, it makes it unsafe

Funnest thing I’ve bought in years! Speed setting 3 is fun but you can ride all day for 2-3 days on speed setting 2! Better handling than the scooters with the smaller wheels and shorter handlebars!

Best electric scooter we ever used!

My kids LOVE this scooter! We might have to buy another one as the kids are fighting over it and can't get enough of it. Also, very happy with Hi-Boy customer service, they promptly handled my inquiries.
