This isn't the first time I've tried cleaning, but this was the first time I've managed - cleaned over two dozen. The point is amazing, the grip is very comfortable and the gloves saved me (I also used a towel). The price is reasonable. Highly recommended. (Note - not the best option for separating the muscles - the knife splattered the liquid too much - I recommend using a small fork for this.)

The knife was damaged when I received it. Less than an hour later, a new one appeared on the street. Excellent customer service! The knife is better than described. Highest quality and workmanship - full of fragrance and beautiful woods. Comes with a nice protective case. In general, you'll be hard pressed to find a better, more functional knife. Would be a nice gift. I would highly recommend this knife and the seller - you can't go wrong.

Gave this set to my brother-in-law when he was in South Carolina. Plenty of shellfish (in addition to endless oyster beds, there are blue crabs, ribbed clams and shrimp) can be found along the miles of coastline. The gloves worked well, although I probably could have gone a larger size, and the oyster shaker definitely made it easier to open the shells. My only regret is that I didn't buy them for him sooner, before he cut his fingers a couple of times. Definitely worth the price!

I bought this knife in April 2018 but haven't used it until yesterday. Bad move, should have tried and returned immediately. The handle is too small for my hand (and most men I think) in both diameter and length, making it difficult to get the necessary leverage.
