Very important! Best in Kitchen Utensils and Gadgets

I ordered this knife when it was on a lightning sale for my husband as we like to eat oysters sometimes. We made a trip to our local fish shop and bought half a dozen yesterday to try since this knife arrived. What difference does opening the shells make compared to using a paring knife? After inspecting this knife, I am very satisfied with the workmanship. The wood of the handle is nicely contoured and feels good in my hand. Overall I would highly recommend this - I know we will be buying oysters more often.
