1080p is more like 720p in my opinion. but I don't stress myself. The video captured is clear enough for my work - really easy to use - night vision isn't great unless there's light in the direction you're shooting. It's fairly durable, well clamped and held. I'm happy 👍 I spilled drinks on it and it kept going - battery life is good.

I wanted to buy a police camera to capture asshole drivers who don't give in to pedestrians like me. I got knocked down almost on purpose while doing my daily exercises. I would need two body cams for $150 each, so I didn't want to spend $300 total as I would only need them until the gyms reopened in June 2021. I bought 3 of these little bodycams and they work great. I have a 190 degree field of view while police cameras only have a 170 degree field of view. Absolutely the best value for money.

VLC says 1080@30fps but not as clear as my DVR at the same pixels and frames. Sound also seems to come on and off. Helpful but disappointing. Didn't manage to get it to work with the breast pocket as shown in the photos. The camera is heavy, pulls the bag forward (causing the camera to point downward) and wobbles due to the lack of a rigid mount. What I liked the most is the USB-C charger, it's the best thing about the camera. You can charge the camera while recording, so it can record more than 4 hours. The clip on it isn't great but it does come with a strap for it to hook onto and not fall off and I used the strap that came with it. The only thing I could improve so I don't have to use the strap is the clip as if we could replace it or if it had a stronger spring. Also night vision is very useful for recording night events…

These cameras are great for very specific applications. They are by no means dynamic, but as a very simple and inexpensive camera they perform excellently. Just don't expect it to perform like an expensive Go Pro or Axios body camera. I use two of these on my helmet when driving around New York.
