Worst Support Ever

This company cannot support their products. If you need support, forget it. I've been dealing with them for over a year (if you can call it a one-way "deal with" conversation). Web support is a joke. There is no phone support. Basically, if you need help, you won't get it.

The array was then quickly and automatically rebuilt with the new drive in the background. The whole system is very intuitive and easy to use. When I needed a little more information about a Windows driver, their website gave me quick access to what I needed to know. I
