Good value for money

This is my first attempt at photographing the moon, in a city with lots of light and a very cheap tripod that shakes with every breath of wind, and I'm happy and surprised with the result how just everything was right.

Inexpensive digital camera accessory

It takes practice, but practice pays off. If you're afraid of manual focus, this lens isn't for you. If you want to learn a new skill, buy it. I'm sure you'll get the best results with really expensive lenses, but this one fits my needs. One thing that came out of learning about manual focus. Now I use it more than autofocus. Who would have thought?

Amazing lens for the price

I am very impressed with this lens. I am new to the world of digital SLR photography and I can safely say that it is very easy to use. I'm basically starting from scratch, researching, learning the basics with Pinterest tips, and reading the Nikon 5600 for Dummies (yes, I'm new to this). Basically, I needed a good lens to photograph the moon. / landscape, and the price was within my budget. I literally took this out of the box tonight because I wanted to test it out under the full moon. Nice…

For the price unbeatable.

First of all, remember that this is a 100% manual lens. You need to put the camera in "manual" mode as it doesn't have the right pins to work with the auto focus or other automatic settings. This also means that you have to focus manually and set the aperture and shutter speed manually. It's also a cheap lens, so it doesn't feel like a better lens. The light weight also means you can easily bang or wiggle the lens, even when it's on a tripod. Using a remote shutter release is highly…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • I have no particular complaints about it, everything is fine

Very disappointed with this product, I understand not to expect too much in terms of quality and functionality for the price, but a cheap product doesn't necessarily mean the quality is that bad. Despite being familiar with the manual function, the reality is that the number of dropped frames is inexplicable when trying to focus and steady the camera even when using a trio or monopod, and WORST even when using the X2 is used. On the other hand, it can be said that this is an entry-level and…

This is a fully manual lens that brings back the fun of photography.

The recent Super Blood Wolf lunar eclipse was the reason I bought this lens. I have a Nikon D7500 and wanted to capture this astronomical event. The lens arrived exactly as pictured, with a T-adapter and several pages of instructions. Wind movements, etc. will cause camera shake. As I have read in some questions you MUST put the camera in manual mode and also the switch on the camera body must be set to M and not AF. a few test shots to get a good focus on the moon as it is very sensitive at…

Excellent lens fits Accessory

I am a bird enthusiast and love photographing birds in the wild. However, I found that my 85-200 autofocus zoom lens wasn't powerful enough to get the bird detail I needed. I also found that autofocus often focuses on something other than birds. I bought this 500mm lens based on manufacturer, doubler availability, warranty and price. The Big Mike pack includes detailed instructions and answers to frequently asked questions providing great information on lens setup and photography. This takes…

Great price in my opinion

Use on Fuji X-T3 with T-mount adapter. I'm thrilled with the results. Every few years a family of bald eagles visit their nest. I saw a few of them fly over the lake but I wasn't sure if they were flying like they were last year or if they were using the nest again. I bought it to see if they would actually use the outlet again and in fact within 5 minutes of unboxing this lens and mounting it on my camera and tripod at the end of the dock I was able to get a shot that used the outlet has…

A quality lens for the money. Very satisfied.

I am a hobby photographer and I mainly take pictures of nature. I wanted a good telephoto lens but not expensive because I'm still learning and didn't want to invest thousands just yet. I read reviews of this lens not only here but also online and was very impressed. And the price was right. I first called the seller to make sure it would fit my Nikon D3500 as it is not listed and he assured me it would fit and also gave me lots of advice on using the lens. The most important thing to know is…
