The SuperIO chip did not allow to fix a corner of the bracket on the solder side. I tried cutting off the part of the bar that was pressed against the chip, but the plastic is extremely brittle and the entire corner broke off the bar. I was only able to secure it in two corners rather than all four and it seems to be holding up well, thermal performance looks good and fan noise was acceptable after several hours of stressing the CPU and integrated GPU. Not perfect, but it works.

So far so good for this baby. I've been looking for a case fan that fits in a Mini-ITX 1U case for a long time, so it had to be low profile and fit for lga 115X sockets, and here it is.
