Works great. The ad is fraudulent. They are made abroad and packaged in the USA. In addition, they are an excellent tool for plugging and blocking fuel lines, brake lines, etc.

These are great for capping transmission cooler lines and preventing liquid from splashing on the floor when the cooler is replaced. I didn't use caps but I think they will work as well.

The bag said Made in China. Packed in USA". I paid more for them precisely because they claimed to be made in the USA. They're probably functional for their intended purpose, but I needed something with minimal seam play.

This wonderful material can not only be used for painting. I've used it to seal many types of tanks and pipes. I wonder why this isn't available at auto dealerships where they only have vacuum caps and hard rubber stoppers.

I need more. I'm a hydrographer and bought these to protect holes and studs, didn't want paint or graphics to get inside. If you're one of them, always fix things related to paint, stains, whatever I buy. You may not need a 98-piece set, but a starter set comes in handy. No more tapping and cutting to clean threads or readers to gently remove debris. I would like another set to bisect them for shallow holes or similar depth issues. I didn't have to clean any of the holes or threads in the image
