The leggings fit my daughter as expected, however I did not expect the leggings to roll in several places after wearing them once. I am extremely disappointed. I paid a bit more for the leggings as I was looking for a specific color but didn't think it would be that fast or for the most part at all. I have leggings from other brands and they don't wrinkle even after countless wears and washes.

I bought these for my granddaughter who wears a small size 2. It still matches most of her 18 month old clothes. I just measured her waist and she is 18 inches. But the elastic on these pants was too small. I would have sent them back but I needed them for Halloween. So I cut off the gum. I figured I'd take it out, add some, and put it back in. However, it is sown all around. I left enough room for her to wear them for a while, but I definitely wouldn't buy them again.

These leggings go great with my daughter's Halloween Charmander costume. Just the right color for the outfit. After reading the reviews I'm a little confused as to what size to order for her but she is an average of 11 years old for her height and weight. I ordered the larger ones for fear they would be too long but no they fit well. The length is to the toes, no shoes, and with her shoes they fit perfectly. I would buy them again.
