First time using a heat press but in my experience as a newbie it works great. Very very easy to use. I wish the swing arm adjustment was a little smoother. It starts off in odd places instead of being smooth. I used a flat plate and hat option. Hats can get really tricky with this, but if you just take your time, take little pictures, and put in more effort, it works well.

2nd edit: I wish there was a way to give zero stars. I contacted the company, sent them a video of what happens when I try to iron shirts and they said it was fine and I set the temperature to 400⁰ and the timer for the mug press to 240 seconds. I AM NOT TRYING TO USE A CIRCULAR PRESS! Edit to add: now my timer isn't working and it's burning my shirts. The temperature fluctuates so much. Never stands still. At times it drops to 13-15 degrees. Otherwise great for what I use it for.

This machine works great and is easy to set up. The ONLY thing I don't like about it is the hat press because it has nothing to put the hat on the press and the plat bottom hat is so low it's almost impossible to pull it down to stretch it. But everything else works amazing, it's easy to change every part. I would like the bottom panel to slide out a little further for easier shirt fitting. When I turn the hotplate my car doesn't tip over like I've read in other reviews, my timer works fine and
