Description of ๐Ÿ”Œ HiLetgo Digital Multimeter AC 80-260V 100A PZEM-061 LCD Display Energy Power Meter with CT

*The meter can only measure the active power(real power). It doesn't show Apparent power. If you measure power from a DC-AC inverter please make sure it's PURE SINE WAVE. Otherwise the meter can be burnt or melted. *Voltage test range: One-Phase 80~260V AC Power, 50/60HZ; Current test range: 0~100A; Inner diameter of the CT: 15mm/0.6''. *Overload alarm function (over power alarm threshold, backlight and power flickering prompt). *The backlight can be turned on or off by pressing the button briefly, and the backlight status is automatically saved after power-off; Store energy data when power off(can be reset). *Great display (display voltage, current, active power, energy at the same time), easy to install, 2 wires for the ct clamp and 2 wires for the line 1 and line 2 voltage reading, checked voltage and amperage against a Fieldpiece meter and read spot on, can easily make a rectangular in drywall 1 13/16 x 3 5/16 in to recess the display nicely.

They get the job done at a big cost slump.

These parts are easy to install and work very well. I use two of these for load balancing and monitoring my standby generator and they are perfect for this application. Obviously they're off most of the time and only work when I turn off the power or start my generator, so they should last a long time. They were certainly useful for load balancing, now they just track, but this is a good product that had high ratings on YouTube, which is why I chose this model from all the options.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • There are disadvantages

Excellent cheap meter to see the daily performance of my solar panels

Advantages: Inexpensive and shows the most important things. I put this between the panels and the charge controller. Ideal for testing new (or old) panels or finding the best spot for panels etc. Cons: For 20A the cable connectors are too small and too close together. I had to go from 10 ga to 14 gauge wiring going in and out, but luckily they're 6 inches so there isn't much of a voltage drop. Second, this shows a few hundred milliamps more compared to my other two meters, it could be my other

After reading the instructions several times, it works great.

Used "HiLetgo LCD Digital Ammeter DC 6.5-100V 0-20A" to see if the LiFePo4 batteries I bought fit. This meter did an excellent job of showing me that from a 153 watt-hour spec, I could expect about 145 watt-hours of total energy. I couldn't figure it out without a glucometer. You have to read the instructions several times before you understand exactly what is meant. Watt-hours are stored in non-volatile memory and persist when power is removed. However, the white hour counter is easily cleared

Wow! With the shunt built in, this option is a winner

Firstly, the shunt makes wiring much easier than similar products I've tried in the past, so that's a big plus. Accuracy appears to be there, at least for my testing range, and seems to match the numbers my desktop PSU was reporting. The backlit screen looks nice and clear. It's very easy to read. There are some features for voltage alerts and such that I probably won't be using. I think a small 12V SLA battery pack would be a great use case for this module. Plug this type into a fused batteryโ€ฆ

good device for monitoring voltage and current.

This review is for HiLetgo DC 6.5-100V 0-20A digital meter with LCD display. It has four terminals namely: input +, input -, load + and load -. Using this device is very simple and as soon as you connect a voltage source and a load you will get a reading of voltage (in volts to two decimal places), current (in amps to two decimal places), power (in watts to one decimal place). seats) and energy (in Wh). The input voltage source must be greater than 6.5V or the meter will not turn on, which isโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • No Instructions

Ordered the wrong part but they are still great for the right application

I needed them with external shunts but didn't pay attention when ordering so they sit unused. I've used models with an external shunt a few times to control battery power on my trolling motor, standalone desktop, etc. I had two complaints about this 2-3 years ago: 1) The light/set button was recessed and required a small screwdriver or the tip of a pen to click it, this has been fixed and now the button tip proud of the bezel. 2) The settings menu has an alarm setting as the first item and youโ€ฆ

Accurate, big screen, blue backlight

Item arrived quickly and well packaged and was larger than I thought it would be (which is a good thing as it is primarily a display). The input and output are clearly marked on the back of the device and in the instructions. There's a single button that toggles the backlight on and off (it's blue, by the way) and resets the device (because it keeps the energy meter even when it's off). I tested with voltages from 5 to 20V and currents from 0 to about 2A. Both the voltmeter and ammeter areโ€ฆ

Pros
  • New

  • Slightly torn

You MUST use this with a case; Caution experimenters!

Re: AC version. On the surface, that's a really good deal - for just a small amount you get voltage, current and frequency, plus some derived values on the side, and all you have to do is connect four wires. I figured I'd build a Kill-O-Watt style meter and save some money. Trouble is, the low price certainly makes up for it, and when you add in everything you need to bring it to an acceptable level, the price isn't that high anymore. You can assume that you need to power this device *through*.

  • User friendly
Cons
  • Quick start guide
