Efficient Voltage Detector for DIYers

Based on my experience, this voltage detector is a must-have for anyone who loves to tinker with electronics. I appreciated how easy-to-use and affordable it is. The LED indicator is also really helpful in identifying voltage polarity. However, the instructions could be clearer. Overall, I recommend this product to anyone who wants to improve their tools and home improvement arsenal.

Now I can see the battery level.

I used a 10kΞ© resistor to read the ADC on the NodeMcu but it wasn't accurate over 3.3 volts. With this voltage module I can even read voltages around 3.3 volts accurately.

look from above. The floor is just a ground plane. The top has pin and screw heads and 2 resistors. 30k ohms and 7.5k ohms. Google "Voltage Divider Calculator". However, it lacks a shunt regulator (such as a 25V zener diode) so it is unsafe for unknown voltage sources or spikes. It is also rated for 5V. I mean if you need it because it's convenient for the project, I get it. Anyway, 10-bit resolution = 1024 steps = each step at 5V = 0.025 and each step. Did another comment mention something…
