Now I really know how to bake!

I'm not a big baker (at all) so I was looking for something that could help me. love this product! It's great quality, non-stick and easy to clean, it's the perfect size and I just follow a simple recipe and the bread turns out great! And I love all the accessories that go with it. I wish I had bought it sooner, so much wasted flour!

Keeps bread fresh and easy to slice!

The best bread pan ever! Truly non-stick! This is my first time using a Pullman bread pan with a lid and I'm really impressed! I oiled the pan and the bread came out perfectly and was very easy to clean. The pan is stable and well made. I recommend it to anyone who wants to bake perfect and delicious bread that is easy to cut and tastes amazing! And I love the sponge, which is great for many dishes.

Great pan set!

I used this kit to make my first Japanese Milk Bread and it was a great experience. The pan is a good size and perfect for bread. Comes with a lid which is great for storage. The dough cutter also came in handy when making bread, so I was glad it was included. The pan is also very easy to clean. I wanted to wash it off quickly and bake a second loaf. Heating up and the baking process itself in the oven are also no problem. The bread was evenly baked and heated.

It would be 5 stars, but.

I like this frying pan. I sprayed it with nonstick spray, put parchment paper on the bottom and sprayed it too and baked the perfect gluten free bread. The frying pan came in a box that was partially torn, but this box was in a heavy box. The pan is quite heavy and the lid fits well. I would give it 5 stars but there are two tiny spots where the cover is missing. I will only use the washcloth provided by the company and hope the finish doesn't come off. I can recommend this pan and will buy it…
