Quality is good but the dimensions could be better stated in the description. The inner diameter is 12 mm. The outer diameter of the bearing surface is 17.07 mm (measured several times it is definitely slightly more than 17 mm). The flange diameter is 22.2 mm. The flange width is 2.55 mm. The overall width is 12 mm.
