These stools are comfortable and beautiful but of poor design. Also, the wrong parts were sent and we had the parts replaced at the hardware store instead of trying to get a late replacement. After only 2 months one of the stools broke off the seat, we glued and screwed it back together and tried to fix it ourselves. We're not tall people, so the collapse isn't due to overuse of the chair. The wood is so soft that the seat has broken off again. Now the second bar stool shows signs of breakage…
