I have ordered twice the candlestick shown in the photo and received the heart shaped candlestick twice. Only order if you need a heart-shaped candle holder!

I wanted a piece of salt to light the candles. I have a stick of salt to light the candles. I like the lump of salt that I light my candles in. Many Thanks

Did not come as pictured. I received a heart-shaped candlestick with a smooth finish. I still give 5 stars because the quality is fantastic, it's beautiful and it glows beautifully.

The candle I received had many issues. At first it looks like it was broken and somehow put back together. It has deep cracks all over the bottom, long tool marks on at least two sides, and dark marks on the sides that look like they came off the tool too. I had to vigorously brush mine with a wire brush to keep it looking nice. The hole for the tea light was far off center and drilled too big. I would return them but the shape and color matched another salt candle I already have on the shelf…

I ordered an orange candlestick that tapers (3002) because I didn't like the square one and the product received has flat surfaces overall 4 sides and top. The corners are only roughly rounded, which makes it look very clumsy and angular. The information on the box states that each candle holder will vary in shape and size by up to 20%. I bought one of these 3 or 4 years ago and bought another one this year. Both were gifts. The one I bought many years ago was fine - fairly symmetrical and beautiful. From all sides it was as expected. I was unlucky this time. The first one I got this year was asymmetrical, the cavity at the top where the candle goes was not centered at all, and one side looked like a piece of it had broken off. I just LOVE this little thing! They're not huge - maybe a little bigger than a baseball. (It's been many years since I've held a baseball in my hands, so judge for yourself.) Each ball is a little different because it's carved from Gilalayan salt. I have three more salt lamps. We have two asthmatics in our house and they seem to help clear the air.
