Terrible zipper quality (DO NOT BUY!)

It came quicker than expected and it was great and looked like a good buy but I noticed the zipper is stuck . It was the first day of school and I put all my stuff in it and when I tried to zip it up it started getting stuck again but this time it broke. While I was taking photos for this review, the other zipper broke as well. Inside I literally only had my laptop and two legal pads. It is not durable at all and I would not recommend anyone to buy this product.

Great backpack! If anyone is interested in the following questions I had, please! - Fits in a 15.6 inch laptop but not in a laptop bag. I have to leave my laptop outside and it fits VERY tight. Not for the better, but yes it is entirely possible to put 15.6.- there are 4 bottle holders. Two outside, two inside. If my laptop wasn't so huge I sure could put my water bottle in it lol. - PINK GRAY IS MORE LIKE PINK AND LAVENDER. But. I'm not upset about it. I still think it's cute - if you see…

I really like this backpack. But I'm here to refute some of the reviews people have written about this backpack. Firstly I've seen people here complaining that it's not real leather and such, but people are coming! This backpack costs $30! Of course it won't be leather! More than valuable in bags, cases & suitcases

I am very impressed with the quality of this bag: the material feels thick and durable, the interior is well constructed with a great little organizer, there is water inside and out Bottle pockets and comfortably padded shoulder straps. Cute and functional

I was looking for a backpack that I could comfortably carry around campus (I'm about 5 feet tall) as large backpacks put a lot of strain on my back and shoulders. This one fits so far. The design is cute and unique. The materials feel premium and the construction is solid - there are no protruding threads, the zipper closes well, the shoulder straps feel strong, not flimsy.
