Perfect Lamp: Lamps and Shades

I really like this lamp. I didn't have a lot of space but I needed a bright light to sew with and this is perfect. It doesn't take up much space and is very bright.

Great for the price!

Just right for my computer desk. Very stable. It happens to have several "bricks" for power. Others complain about the short power cord. It was just right for my desk with the power adapter at my feet.

Perfect for my needs

I like that there are 10 brightness levels and 3 color options. I suffer from migraines and sometimes need to use a lower light output or a less bright color. Sometimes it has to be bright enough to see the details of my work. I can place the light as close or as far as I want and position it in the perfect spot for what I'm working on (i.e. above, slightly behind or in front of my project).

Faulty wiring - lamps and lampshades

The lamp lasted (amazingly) just over two weeks before it broke. It was a very good lamp, to be honest it's a shame. The cord had to be moved to turn it back on. It wasn't the USB power adapter as I was trying to figure out if that was the problem. Just a cable issue that hasn't surfaced for a couple of weeks. It could be bad wiring (i.e. too much current on a low powered wire). but i got my money back. I love it. so too bad.

It's junk if you need a plug

This is great if you only need the lamp while you're working on your laptop. If you want a table lamp, you're in a fix. Because the USB plug is not the real electric plug. Also, be sure to keep the lamp close to your hand. Otherwise you will not be able to reach the control panel with the cable. It would be better to simply attach the control panel to the lamp shaft. Not bright enough best in table lamps

This lamp is not bright enough. At the highest settings, I expected that at the lowest settings. Maybe I got a glitch, but I don't think so. I'm sending it back as it's not good enough for my purpose. I can't figure it out, but the light quality also seems poor. Use the adapter in lights and ceiling fans

So the lamp is ok, works fine but the manual recommends using a 5W adapter but here I see 10W. In the guide they recommend 5 watts and even add a picture of a laptop suggesting plugging it in there. Everything is OK. Not ok. I did it and then my laptop turned out to be working fine as usual and the battery last used up to 8 hours and it was fine, wouldn't turn on anymore and the battery was going crazy (between 5% and 100 % in minutes) and also the charger stopped working and charging the…

Edit 2 (07/06/21): I am updating the product rating. The overheating problem arose because the adapter I was using was not good. In fact, the problem was not in the lamp. I found an adapter that completely eliminates the heating problem. My only suggestion would be that HIMOON include a 5v2a adapter. But a very good lamp for the price.
