HIPAA Compliant Email Review

I love that it is easy to use, quick access and secure emailing of all my patients' records! The only thing about this software was that sometimes it would freeze or close down by itself which made me worry about patient confidentiality. I like that it has all of my legal requirements as well, so there is no need for me to look anywhere else when trying find out what needs attention in regards with emailing protected health information (PHI).
