This water bottle is not only AMAZING but the quality appears to be top notch. My preschool daughter uses it at school and has no problem opening and closing her spout. Also, the grommet is durable and didn't break (we've had grommets from other brands that break when bitten by kids). Would definitely buy this again.

My 3 year old loves his water bottle. It keeps your drinks cold. When grilling at 35 degrees, I put ice in it. When we got home there was still some ice in it. Easy to clean, not many parts to disassemble. It makes a "breezy" sound when she drinks from the spout no matter how tight the straw is, but that's the only thing that annoys me a bit.

My 4 year old twins sometimes hold the valve with their teeth or bite the valve. This mom is never happy about it! Every bottle we've had so far has withstood their abuse. However, in this case it was possible to bite/tear off the tip of the valve. It still works and doesn't drip. But it's definitely not safe to keep using the other one, or even the one she ripped off, as there were still pieces of plastic there that she could rip off if she tried.

Very sweet, easy to drink for my 4 year old, perfect size, fits nicely in the side pockets of a backpack but it leaks. Every time it's flipped, mine slowly flows between the lid and body. I was so hoping they would last all year, but this week my kid came home with a wet backpack every day. My older child can use it because it usually holds up by itself, so it's not useless, but I don't have to worry about spilling if the water bottle is knocked over.

I was concerned this year because I heard that some teachers and staff would not help children with their meals or bottled water due to COVID. My daughter goes to kindergarten and I wanted to make sure she could drink from her water bottle without help. I got it and now it's my daughter's favorite. It keeps the water cool and allows her to easily open and close the spout when needed. She also has a unicorn element. It fits easily in the side pockets of your backpack.

Bottle as shown, nice design. I bought this for my 3 year old to take him to kindergarten and the soft spout didn't work for him. It's bigger than the straws he's used to and requires too much suction to push the liquid out so my little one got frustrated with it. It also had nicks when it bit him. For toddlers who switch from spill-proof cups, be aware that they will leak if held upside down or tip over if the spout is open. So just watch your kids while they learn how to use it!
