The best thing about hire ink is that it has all of my past employers' information so I can see what they hired me for at each job! It's not always reliable if there are different spellings or names in their database - but this may be due moreso from Google than anything else (maybe?). The ability to keep track of the candidates through the process. Also, the ability to set a date and time for the interviews and make sure the candidates are there at the time.
