Review on Hireink by Marcelo Montalvo

The best thing about hire ink is that it has all of my past employers' information so I can see what they hired me for at each job! It's not always reliable if there are different spellings or names in their database - but this may be due moreso from Google than anything else (maybe?). If anyone wants accurate info when searching resumes/applications online then definitely check out these guys!! They have provided us with tons upon hundreds worths amounting data we've needed as far back into our employment history which means no digging around old files anymore. The best thing about this software is that it can be used for both internal or external recruitment process. It has all modules like candidate profile management, interview scheduling etc which makes my work easier as compared to other softwares I have used in past. There are couple of features like search filters which could be improved but overall its good product with excellent support from their team. We were able to track our candidates' application status easily using this tool.
