Hireserve ATS - Great Applicant Tracking System

HireServe is a great tool. We've been using it for nearly 5 years now and it has served us well. We are able to track all our applicants and their progress through the hiring process. It also makes it easy to search for specific applicants. The only thing I dislike about HireServe is the lack of integration with other systems. The lack of integration with our other systems has made it tricky to keep track of our applicants. It would be great if we were able to keep track of our applicants…

Great software and great customer service

The software was simple to use for our staff who are not technical at all. They were able to pick it up quickly when we only had access via web browser from home or mobile devices (and no desktop computers). Our Recruitment team can now send emails directly into their jobs application system with ease! We also have an internal portal which allows candidates to submit applications online. It's great that they're updating this so frequently to allow new features as well as fixing problems. I…

Great software, amazing customer services

The search options are great so you can find what your looking for quickly with ease! I wish we could have more functionality within our system once it was connected but that's something they want us pay extra money too do which isn't ideal when its already costing me $1000+ per month just through my own usage alone -.- There should be no reason why this product would cost over £300 if not even close than there competitors like Xero or Payscan who charge double at least!! Great functionality and ease of access

It's easy to use as it has everything you need for an effective recruiting system. The interface isn't too complicated but will have no problems learning how to navigate around. I dislike that there is not enough customization options available for some users like myself who want more control over our own data when creating applications. Our HR department uses this platform because we have so many applicants coming through our doors that they don't feel comfortable with using any other…

  • Easy access from anywhere at anytime without having internet connection necessary most times due its mobile app functionality! Also provides helpful analytics in terms of candidate placement within certain positions throughout different departments/locations etc..etc.!!! :)

The ease with which you can access all your candidates from one place! It's also very easy for thematic searches so I love that feature too as it helps me find people quickly without having to go through each person individually (which takes time!). There are some bugs here or there but nothing major - just minor issues such as searching by date range not working correctly at times etc. Not much really though other than those small things mentioned above we have had no problems using this…
