Review on Hireserve ATS by Kyle Miller

It's easy to use as it has everything you need for an effective recruiting system. The interface isn't too complicated but will have no problems learning how to navigate around. I dislike that there is not enough customization options available for some users like myself who want more control over our own data when creating applications. Our HR department uses this platform because we have so many applicants coming through our doors that they don't feel comfortable with using any other software or online platforms. This allows them all to be under one roof which makes management much easier.
