HireServe is a great tool. We've been using it for nearly 5 years now and it has served us well. We are able to track all our applicants and their progress through the hiring process. It also makes it easy to search for specific applicants. The only thing I dislike about HireServe is the lack of integration with other systems. The lack of integration with our other systems has made it tricky to keep track of our applicants. It would be great if we were able to keep track of our applicants through the entire hiring process. If you're looking for an applicant tracking system that can handle the job of tracking all your applicants, HireServe is the way to go. We've been able to track our applicants through the entire hiring process. We've also been able to use the search function to find specific applicants quickly.
