I'm 5'5" and 130 pounds. I use it for jogging. BENEFITS: very comfortable, doesn't chafe, safe when sized and used correctly. a safe option, a phone for personal use in an emergency to wear, that's great If you need to check your phone regularly and can't ignore notifications, this is NOT for you.

Free hands! A great way to carry your phone on your arm when you don't have a case.

I love this little bracelet. It's soft and makes an easy pocket on my arm to put my phone in when I'm walking or running. You'll need to take your phone out of your pocket to use the touchscreen, but if you set up the music, podcast, or audiobook you're listening to before you walk/run, you're good to go. I am a woman with medium sized hands and I have a small bracelet that is perfect. I'm about to order another one for my 12 year old son because he takes mine all the time.
