I'm 5'6", 200 pounds and I hate spandex and tight fits. They fit beautifully and comfortably as advertised. I was concerned about the side/thigh pocket I use for my phone as I don't need the extra width there, but they are so flexible and I always wear a longer shirt, the phone is out of sight and doesn't fit or tie me will definitely wear them to work; they are very easy to put on. I also bought their Capri version that doesn't have a side pocket and I love them just as much!

They definitely run small as stated by the manufacturer in the description (so it's not clear why people have responded to questions saying they fit, because they don't). Compression pants should fit snugly, but the seam under the waistband is narrow, so putting them on is not a problem for very slim people, but not ideal for tummies. Love. I'm 5ft 6", 5 months postpartum and still about 20lbs "overweight" and bought the big one 😀 These pants are very comfortable, they only come down to my belly button. I'm hourglass shaped so my waist doesn't bother me but if you had more weight in the middle I could see where they can get tight there. They are a bit long and I consider myself leggy.
