HEALTHY COATING: Our Non-stick coating is a food grade safety coating with no harsh chemicals or hazardous substances. The true double layer coating allows the cake be easily removed without damage. Avoid making it difficult to clean the cake because it sticks to the pan or leaves a lot of cake residue. THE STAINLESS SPRINGFORM BUCKLE PROVIDES SMOOTH, EASY RELEASE: The stainless steel springform buckle has been upgraded which is stronger and easier to switch but will not fall off or crack, allowing the cake to be pulled out perfectly with little effort. INCLUDE 50 PIECES OF PARCHMENT PAPER: If you are a fan of traditional baking, congratulations, the parchment paper will bring back the traditional baking experience. To prevent the cake from sticking to the chassis, combine with other designs to remove the perfect cake while also sucking away excess oil, less oil means less fat and better health. OVEN-SAFE UP TO 450°F: The premium material allows the pan to heat up quickly and evenly during the heating process on the stove or in the oven, with a heat resistance of up to 450°F, the food can be baked safely and presents a perfect look. A large frying pan serves multiple purposes.

I love this frying pan. This works very well. And I confess, I feel a certain baker's excitement when I unzip and reveal the sides of what I've baked! It's not just for cheesecake. I've also baked bread and coffee cakes with mine. As I found out in a clueless moment, an external framework has both advantages and disadvantages. If you try to turn it upside down, it won't grab the bottom panel and won't hold on!

Pros
  • Looks good
Cons
  • There are downsides

Lamborghini from removable frying pans

A gift for my mother who is a baker by profession and has been using a removable aluminum frying pan for over 40 years. After shaking for so long, it finally started dripping. It had to be replaced, and the replacement had to be great. Tried it after reading the reviews but put my own review on hold until my mom made the cheesecake. She called the pot perfect. And if she says it's perfect --- that's fine.

  • Lots of positive emotions

Technically suitable for Instant Pot Lasagna, but not suitable.

Technically suitable for Instant Pot Lasagna, but not. Making 3 layers of lasagna in this pan pushed it to the top. I had to push the pre-cooked lasagne downstairs to keep it from falling off the wall while cooking. It's 2.3 inches tall and I'm buying another split mold, 2.99 inches, to see if the end results are better. The lasagna is cooking and it was delicious, but I'll try to use a taller pan to make sure I don't have to flatten anything.

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • Incredible piggy bank

Smaller than expected

Good frying pan. Excellent quality. Never had a leakage problem. I was disappointed with how flat it is. I can barely fit a pound of meat in a skillet of meatloaf and most instant cheesecake recipes don't work. Many other 7" pans are 3" deep. It's just a 2 inch big difference in volume as well as cooking time. I like the spring shape rather than trying to bottom out, but I would have preferred a deeper shape. Definitely something to consider for your personal buying needs.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Nothing here

Rust on my cheesecake!

This pan has been used twice. The first time I washed the pan right before use, the cheesecake turned out great. After washing the pan and using it for a few weeks, water got stuck in the bottom crease of the pan and RUST formed on the pan. The rust seeped into the cheesecake crust. 2. Use of this pan in the photos. I'm not exactly sure how to get the water out of the bottom fold to keep it from rusting. My cheesecake also came off the nonstick pan. I used plastic utensils to pry the cake off…

Perfect for making PIZZA (and who doesn't love pizza?)

I wanted to make fresh, personalized pizza at home that allowed me to control the calories and when I found these pans my decision was so easy ! I buy freshly made pizza dough from the bakery section of the grocery store, divide it into 6 equal pieces, let them come to room temperature, then roll out each piece on a floured board, and then use my fingers to roll them into one of those pans that I lightly line with Olive oil (this is just personal preference, not a necessity as these are…
