This pan has been used twice. The first time I washed the pan right before use, the cheesecake turned out great. After washing the pan and using it for a few weeks, water got stuck in the bottom crease of the pan and RUST formed on the pan. The rust seeped into the cheesecake crust. 2. Use of this pan in the photos. I'm not exactly sure how to get the water out of the bottom fold to keep it from rusting. My cheesecake also came off the nonstick pan. I used plastic utensils to pry the cake off the sides of the pan and the foil came off again on the cheesecake and ruined it. I'm very disappointed and am sending the pot back.
