I prefer them to standard knobs

I really like these knobs. They are much easier to see from all angles. I wish they were multicolored to represent different trails in the same area. Until they do, I just bought some other colored tapes and pasted them over them to identify other markings or features.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Lots of things

NOT REFLECTIVE AND ALMOST USELESS

Store bought white marker studs. Less reflection than a tiny sheet of plain white paper. It's like someone printed "reflective stickers" on an inkjet printer using regular ink. Now I need to buy some real reflective tape, cut it and glue these buttons. This is their only redemption value.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Expensive

Good for marking trails

Good for marking trails in low light and with a flashlight. They're hard to find during the day, which is good and bad if you're not entirely sure where you're going. I would like the packaging to be orange or red with 50% reflectivity and not quite white, but they allow for more spacing between the nails because they are easy to see in the light in low light or in the dark.

Pros
  • Good item
Cons
  • Damaged

They're great, they stick to everything, not just wood.

I always travel with a GPS so to be honest I've never had to use it. But the day you need them. They're great, they're in everything - not just tree bark, they're sharp enough to pierce even thin branches on bushes, and they reflect flashlights and headlights VERY clearly. If you are a trekker they are the perfect breadcrumb trail. They're very light and fairly cheap, so this is a good emergency item that's easy to keep in your backpack during the day.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • The list will be long.

No stickers attached - outdoors

The pins themselves are nice looking and well made. And I tested the reflective properties of the stickers at home with my headlamp and they seem to be very reflective (which the last ones didn't - another brand - I used). But I ordered three of these containers and right out of the box a lot of the stickers are peeling off the pens. I'll take my time pressing them back in and I'm considering adding some super glue to hold them in place. If they go out in a pack, they will not do well in the…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • No instructions

As other reviewers have mentioned, probably half the stickers are already peeling off before I open the box. I can push them back in and they seem to stick pretty well. I'm wondering if they are being attracted to some machine at the factory that just isn't squeezing them down well? I just ordered a bottle of clear nail polish for $1.80 (as a guy I didn't want to go to the store and buy it!) so after I've reapplied all the stickers I can go around the edges and paint on the sticker . Nail and…

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Speed

THAT'S GREAT! And people seem to leave her alone!

IT'S COOL! It's the only place I go hunting when I get back to my truck trail crossing the creek in the dark of night. At different times of the year you may not be able to cross at the usual point of the trail. When I've highlighted a specific key tree, the alternate path is next to the geodesic band. Unfortunately. Another person walked in and decided he didn't like the ribbon on the damn tree and took it off. probably DON'T THINK that some poor guy would come back in the middle of the night…

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging
