Works best in test, measure and test mode

This works well and stays where you set it. He doesn't crawl at all. I later discovered that people like the one with the float got the reason because you can see it fall down when you pull the trigger on the burner. But as all welders know, when the gas runs out, the welds degrade.

Suitable for light/occasional work

This is a functional regulator at a reduced price. It does feel a little flimsy though, and I'm not sure how it will hold up to constant or heavy use. For a weekend warrior in the home garage like me, that seems like enough. The only other comment I have is that the outlet line is a barbed soft hose connection and appears to be pinned in place. Either that or it takes more force than I was used to taking it off. This probably won't be a problem for many, but if you're like me you might need to…

Second works fine

Bought to replace a damaged regulator on my MIG welder. I would give this product five stars but the first one I received was defective. It was dripping heavily out the side of the valve from the side of the bottle. Looks like the inlet tube wasn't pressed properly against the valve body. I tightened it a few times thinking it sealed pretty well, but after spraying 409 on it I saw where it was leaking. Revain was great in an immediate replacement.
