If you ever need them to check out what's wrong with your vacuum cleaner and say you don't want them to fix it for $300, don't expect them to they return the parts and not interruption. The screws fell out and parts were broken.

I love this product. The cleaning is excellent, the vacuum cleaner is good. The only thing that I think could be improved is the ability to overcome more obstacles and the ability to select the area to clean or block the area from the app.

I use Hobot Legee-688 for the whole house with wooden floors and ceramic tiles in the kitchen! And you know what? It works amazing! Even better than a man can do. It doesn't leave wet marks like other floor cleaners.

This little guy does a great job around the house. We have two children, two dogs and a cat, so he exercises every day. We don't have carpets just hard surfaces and they do a great job of getting rid of paw prints. The only downside is that where our tile meets our "wood" floor, it's a different plane and doesn't make the leap. I don't mind because I use kitchen floor mode on tiles and it stays there.

I bought this in March and loved it until the red light came on and now it won't work anymore. I've already paid a lot of money for this to break! I don't get any response so I advise checking my update before purchasing. Too much money for 2 months and then said I can't get it back. Sent back for free, a week later it works like new. love this shop.
