My daughter wears them to field hockey and loves them. It maintains a barrier between skin and shin guards that stays cool, reduces friction and dries quickly.

Bought these for my daughter for field hockey. I have to say that she is very happy. First time using and no rash on my shins! She wore them over her socks and there wasn't much of a difference in the fit of the shoes. Will buy more.

Bought these for my daughter to wear during field hockey season. She has very large calves and was worried they wouldn't fit, but they fit great. She didn't wear them for a single game, the shin guards rubbed her skin, but when she puts them on she has no problem.

I had high hopes for them, but I have large calves and the white is too see-through to remove my Velma suit. They are decent quality but I wasn't expecting them to be mostly white in the calf area, I was hoping they would be orange inside and out.

I like the fit, comfort and style. I thought we found something that could actually work. What I didn't expect were skin reactions. Wearing these pairs for a day wasn't worth the weeks of trying to fix the problem. Attention parents: Can cause athlete's foot and skin damage. If you try this product, be aware that the return policy is very narrow.

***Edit - Bought 2 more pairs, same thing happens, although she's going through 3 pairs, I made sure my daughter keeps her nails trimmed, air dried socks, she alternates evenly, VERY disappointed they are like that cheap but expensive, can't wait to find something else, until then in a few months I won't be buying again to throw away. You'd think a company with the same complaint would strengthen its toes. Bought 25th November, used 4 times a week. Now they have a hole in the toe, I expected…
