I have a 2019 Highlander and this came straight from China. The manual lists a completely different mount. The one I received is a thin, extremely brittle strip of plastic that sits on top of the dash and cannot be fixed at the top. The only way to attach it is to tape the gorilla to the dash and I won't be doing that on my new car.
