🔧 Refined Holley 302-2 Engine Oil Pan - Enhanced for Left Side Retro-Fit Review

I have my Holley 302-2 pan and it looks good. Except for the fact that I obviously got the oil pan wrong. Looks like they sent me a 302.2 pan with a 302.1 oil pan.

69 new 5.3 with 4L60e. I tightened the screws and everything matched the transmission. The small plastic fenders had to be trimmed down a bit to fit snugly, but it didn't make much of a difference. Absolutely worth the money if you value near OEM quality.

Installed on my LQ4 in a very custom outrigger (not stock hangers or frame) I needed clearance anyway and this oil pan was great for that. The only downside was that it didn't work with the 408 string kit, the Arp lugs rubbed on the internals of the standard lq4 (slight sanding fixes this). The last thing it doesn't come with is a gasket. still a good buy

The drain plug I received does not fit the drain plug hole. It seems small. The instructions for cutting out the factory windshield pan were difficult to follow as I looked on YouTube and was able to figure out what to do. Otherwise great palette. *Edit: I contacted Holly and they were aware of the problem, and it wasn't because the drain plug was too small, it was because an auger had to be installed in the sump. There is no field fix, the pan must be returned. Revain customer service is…
