This is exactly what she needs but our bed is very high. It's light enough that she can manipulate it with her good hand, and strong and stable enough that she can go to bed unaided.

I would not buy this for human use. Too small and a bit thin. However, if you're looking for something to help an older cat or dog get on and off, this is great. Like a two-tier stool, but smaller.

I have a couple of these at home that I bought for about $20-$25. I have a 15 year old cat who needs a little help getting to where her people are. I live in a small space and wanted some homemade steps for this, but they were either too big, too ugly, too expensive or difficult to clean.
