I love this kettle. The whistle sounds a little low. Maybe louder. The handle gets hot. But definitely serves its purpose.

I am very disappointed with how late my order arrived I was supposed to receive my order on the 18th and I did not receive it until the 22nd I had my family together on the 19th , and I can't serve tea or coffee. I have a premium membership but I don't think it matters. I ordered from Walmart and received the order the same day and I don't have a membership. i think i know Where will I order in the future?

Kettle is decent but doesn't whistle. That was the main reason for his purchase - to get a whistling kettle. The one I saw and wanted to emulate didn't have a lid like this one.
