It's very cute but I don't like that it's hollow at the bottom. You only have the edge of the doorstop. Imagine a hollow piece of chocolate with nothing on the bottom. As a result, it doesn't really stick to the floor and slides very easily unless you actually tape it under the door quite firmly. It's not a problem, but it would be better with a rubber floor.

Love it! And I will buy a few more of these. I have cats and hardwood floors and it keeps my doors in place, with the occasional slip when cats play around; but he still keeps the doors open, even if he slipped a little. I just squeeze it with my foot from time to time; it doesn't matter much. It has no sharp corners that can hurt cats when jumping, which is good. Looks very good :-)

I bought this to match other iron door cat doorstops I have in the home. Like her, that's fine. On closer inspection it's clearly of poor quality, but at first glance it's pretty. The details are rough and he has a small tear in the middle of his head where the two halves didn't fit well together. It has a kind of brownish coating that is blotchy and seems unnecessary as it is not very noticeable. I put hot glue on his paws and wedges to keep him from damaging my doors.

We have bedroom doors that slam when the windows are opened. It's a nice way of keeping doors open. Still cold so I haven't tested them yet to see if they actually hold the door in place because they are lighter and smaller than they should be. My doors are carpeted and I feel like I have to tape some material to the underside of the wedge to keep it in place because as other customers have pointed out the wedge doesn't fill the space between the doors. and the carpet is pretty tight enough…
