We received an email from the seller explaining how to attach this hook and after several tries it got stuck. We hung large towels and robes on the hook and it stayed in place! Our shower stall is glass so we bought two, one outside the shower and one inside. This is a beautiful high quality finished look at a very good price!

I needed something to hang on the glass wall of my outdoor shower so I could hang my bath towel. That works great. Easy to practice. We've been using it for a few weeks. Putting towels on and taking them off. Holds securely. So far, so good. I used the 2nd in the shower on a tile so I can hang the scrubber. Works perfectly. PS - they also look very nice. Unobtrusive. Looks like chrome even though it's plastic. He does exactly what he says. Hope it stays that way!

It was difficult to pin down at first. I didn't tighten them tight enough to hold. I didn't want to break them by twisting them too tight. After learning about this, they stayed and look very beautiful. We had some suction cup hooks on the glass body which made it look awful. They look beautiful and work great. I am very happy. Cons: The hook is short so it only holds the thinnest of towels. Cheaply made - looks like chrome but almost like two springs. First unscrew the stand until the rubber backing is as flat as possible, then wet the black rubber side and press against a flat surface (the surface MUST be flat). This is an awesome hook. If you follow the directions and apply it to the right type of non-porous surface, it works great. I'm convinced the only people who have trouble with this are those who don't apply it correctly or on the wrong surface. If you do everything right, it's reliable.
