Goods returned due to poor workmanship of the faux fur lining. Arrived on time. Christmas present for my husband. Appearance"leather" is very pleasant. Like the tailoring and the base. The faux fur lining is nice but poor quality. The liner overlaps itself by 1.5 inches creating an uneven edge inside the holder. I would be concerned about scratches on my glasses. I've been wearing glasses for 20 years and hardly ever get scratches. I've used this holder a couple of times at night and my lenses were covered in noticeable scratches. There is a jagged ridge inside that I wish I had seen earlier. I'm not happy that this cheap product cost me hundreds to replace my lenses.

I bought this to protect my recently new glasses around the same time I bought these. Every time I go for an eye exam I look at my glasses and wonder where the scratches are coming from?! Well, basically the reason is that before bed. On a VERY long, busy day, I don't care what happens if I drop it on my bedside table or on the floor, which can be easily scratched that way. Sits right on my desk next to my bed. nothing to like. My dog grabbed my first one I've had for almost 10 years and chewed it up so I bought another one. Very soft, lint-free lining. My relatively large frames fit in well. Protects the lenses very well and a spare pair costs around $1200 and is a worthwhile "investment". Thank you Jay C

What I like most about this glasses holder is the base. When I bend over the bedside table to grab my glasses, they don't fall over. I was afraid that the fur lining would leave a lot of fibers on the lenses. It leaves some very small ones, but actually a lot smaller than I expected!

Convenient to keep on a side table so my glasses don't just sit on the table (sometimes falling off). The bracket is strong enough, nothing tips over. Some reviewers mention getting lint in the goggles due to the fur, but I didn't have that problem.

I actually ordered this for my remote control because I keep losing it only to find it stuck between my sofa cushions or whatever - another tear or crevice, that I would never have been looking for spend hours of frustration and annoyance trying to find. Today it arrived in a beautiful color of chocolate espresso and viola! My remote fits him like a glove.
