thin aluminum and damaged in packing/shipping

This is a very thin aluminum foil that would have been nice if properly boxed for shipping. They arrived bent and twisted, and as everyone knows aluminum foil cannot be straightened back to its original shape; particularly thin film. Very disappointed!

A packaging problem damages the product

sent in a soft blister with no stops to squeeze the edges of a stack of lids. The product is fine, but shipping materials are an issue for flexible aluminum lids. The edges need better protection as they are essential for handling the cooking pots. A good business is essential to a good cook.

Slopes and protein go into the water. Not a small boiled egg.

and gets egg whites in water. I have them very well tightened.Two of the four were bent over and deformed to the point that they were only fit for a dog.Everything was trimmed at the end and really looked like the chef didn't know what they were doing.I won't make them mine take event with you.

Take out containers very durable - steam table pans poor wear resistance

We buy many of these Baking and serving products for our store. The smaller take away containers with lids were ok and we would have given them 5 stars but the foil steam table pans were terrible. They were bent in transit; We were able to fix them by putting them back into shape, although they felt very brittle and bent when stressed. We had to double them in order to use them.
