Homedics Perfect Temp Travel Massage Cushion: 6-Motor Vibration Massage with Targeted Heating, Cooling, and Zone Control (TA-VC275H) Review

This is my third seat massager/heater/cooler. For heating I would put it in 2nd place. I like that it heats the lower back and not just the seat. Cooling wise this is 3rd. The fan is on the top rear and is noisy and cooling is minimal. For a massage it is 1. 3 areas, each with its own setting. And above all, you don't feel the engines, unlike my others. In general, the seat is comfortable. I don't find the lumbar support to be too stiff as others have mentioned.

The massager came with a fan that attaches to the top back of the seat cushion and blows cold or hot air over the back and under the seat cushion. The lumbar support was poorly designed. It had an oversized vault and was made of some kind of hard material covered with a thin layer of foam rubber. Homedics makes back massagers! This massager hurt my back right at the waistline. They had to add more padding to soften the stiff back support.

Haven't tried the heating yet but the vibration and cooling worked very well. Unfortunately, this device only works for a short time before automatically shutting down. I didn't time it, I think 15-20 minutes. I only took off one star because I suspect that virtually every other comparable product has this annoying "feature". This appears to be something the company's legal team suggested, or perhaps a poorly thought-out federal mandate. If you agree, this is an amazingly efficient device. I…
