Type of review

I love listening to music while I shower and I love using Youtube Music to stream music through my phone to two small Bose speakers. I have another Bluetooth receiver in my carpentry shop and I always have to connect manually. A minor annoyance, but an annoyance nonetheless. Reviews of this receiver have mentioned that it is aggressive in terms of connectivity. This is exactly what I was looking for. I plugged it into a switched power strip along with the speakers. It works great and connects…

Turns on automatically with the car!

Excellent device. The form factor is small enough to fit almost anywhere (it's 2-1/2 inches square and about 3/4 inches tall) and it comes with all the cables you need to either connect to a 3.5 mm socket (headphone input). ) or to an RCA socket (e.g. on the back of a receiver, car radio or amplifier). The best feature in my opinion is the fact that it turns on and off when you turn on the charger. This allows me to leave it in the car and every time I turn on the car the Bluetooth device turns

I first bought one for my 2008 BMW 335i which only had bluetooth for the phone. So I bought it and he installed it neatly on the center console where the power jack and auxiliary input are easily accessible. That works great. Sounds good, good ups and downs. Connects instantly without manual connection. (I use a Samsung Android phone. Apple should work fine too). If you are also installing it in a BMW I would recommend using the power plug in your console for power instead of the USB port. The…

I really don't know how it got so many positive reviews, even many people complained about BT connection problems. This is my opinion after returning HomeSpot and purchasing Mpow SteambotHomeSpot:Pro; - The power stays on all the time, so you can connect the music source at any time without touching the device. - Good sound. - NFC connects and disconnects automatically - Turn on the power adapter. - Lower price. Fraud; - Very bad BT connection. No matter how close to the device, if something…

Works well with few caveats

After more than a decade of subpar home audio I was finally able to find a qualified (marine electronics!) technician to fix the amazing Aragon amplifier system my wife bought in the 90's. when we made money This led to a new problem: most of their CDs are pseudo-pop-jazz from the 90s. Fourplay, Michael Franks and so on. You can see why their excitement about being able to use their system was actually negative for fans of good music. my phone and my desktop. The best desktop speakers fall…

I used to have a Logitech Bluetooth receiver connected to my stereo, which would automatically connect to any Bluetooth device as soon as it recognized it. The only way to prevent this is to leave the receiver unplugged or unplug Bluetooth from my devices until I'm ready to run them through my stereo. If I were to use Bluetooth hands-free in my car while listening to music or talking on my iPhone, and then pulling into my driveway not knowing the receiver was connected, the receiver would…

In principle it works. Most of time. My biggest complaint is that it makes two loud noises when plugged in or unplugged: - ringing --- a terrible design decision in my opinion, but that's up for debate. This is simply due to incompetent technology. If you want your amp set to the maximum volume you're listening to music at and use your phone's volume control, then they're really loud! It also makes something like the last sound when your phone toggles the bluetooth output on/off, which can be a

Breathing New Life into Some Old Speakers

I have some 3.5 foot floorstanding speakers for a year old stereo that is gathering dust. When we last moved we packed the stereo and speakers and I kept wondering why we don't just give them out as a gesture of goodwill or donate them to something more than just dust collectors. I decided that I would need an amplifier to push noise out of these speakers since the stereo they are connected to has an amplifier. So I decided to give this HomeSpot NFC Bluetooth Audio Receiver a try as I bought an

Great I wish I had bought

$26 and change and it's a steal. First, you get a USB power adapter and a power cord. You will then be provided with a stereo RCA to 3.5mm patch cable, as well as a 3.5mm stereo patch cable to jack, allowing you to connect a Bluetooth receiver regardless of the type of input on your receiver or other device be able. Delivery Delivery with cable, stereo patch cable, all very good quality, no complaints. Then there's the USB receiver itself: a nice little bit of work that's about 1 inch and 1/2…
