Like many, I was very hesitant to buy a couch online. With that said, the reviews pretty much capture the pros and cons of this couch:Pros:- Quick arrival within 2-3 days in 2 boxes. You can take the pieces out of the box and carry them upstairs if needed (I took mine to the 3rd floor). This can easily be a one person assembly. Box came slightly damaged but nothing inside was damaged or dirty. The instructions are very simple and would’ve been a very easy install, except one of the backing "snaps” was a piece of work. It wouldn’t fit in correctly and took a lot of effort to put in place correctly. Comfort-wise, it’s fine. Everyone says this is easy to assemble? I don't know if it's Covid times, or what. but it sure WAS NOT EASY for ME. The pieces were absolutely NOT packaged the way they show in the video. Instead, a ton of pieces were JAMMED into the bottom of one of the base units, and held there by two wooden retaining bars (wrapped in black fabric of some kind). With all the hassle from moving into a new apartment, this couch did not contribute to that. Put it together in less then an hour. Fairly comfortable for one or two people. Does not have that much weight to it so it will slide from semi-forceful movements. solid couch for the price
