Perfect fit, great instructions. I only needed an external handle, and the entire kit would replace the actuator if needed.

Great thing I was able to replace old broken controls on my lawn mower with no problem. Easy installation and excellent instructions.

Product works as described. The only problem with this product is all the plastic waste. Each of the almost a dozen parts is in its own plastic bag. like even each of the screws, seems very wasteful. The product was easy to assemble and works great.

It was pretty easy to install. My old block lost the spring that holds the block in place. When the new unit arrived I put stickers on it (felt like a kid again), opened it up (4 screws) and replaced all the parts except the one holding the cable. This piece was okay. Put it back together (the spring is a bit fiddly to put in) and it works great again. Don't be afraid of it. And chances are, you won't have to fiddle with the cord.

This thing was supposed to be great but alas it didn't work properly. I have HRR2163VXA. The included instructions claim to be compatible with "HRR216 K3VXA". I'm not sure what K is exactly or if it matters. After much research I found many lists with and without K, as far as I can tell this seems like an outsider, but maybe not.
