I love this product. I've been using this product since day one of breastfeeding/expressing which was a lot easier than my last breastfeeding experience. This time the pain is much better. I use this product after every session and my nipples are a lot happier. This product is quite thin, spreads easily and moisturizes. I don't breastfeed/pump without.

I became a first time mom and bought several products to try. This is my favorite. I like that the consistency is more runny than lanolin, which makes it easier to rub in, especially if you're already sore and sensitive.

Absolutely LOVE this product. As a new mom pumping milk every 3 hours and breastfeeding, I felt nauseous. I tried a typical nipple cream that I received to try and as a gift. They were thick, sticky and not that hard. Apply after each pump. I saw good reviews and decided why not try it. I applied it for the first time and felt relief almost immediately. This product isn't as thick as others and is much easier to apply which also helps. Most of the time I only have to apply it two or three times

This product is amazing. Lanolin never worked for me and I bought it after needing some relief with my fourth child's first breastfeeding. This was the first time I had cracked nipples and severe discomfort. It worked wonderfully and after a few days I was able to breastfeed without any problems.

I almost didn't buy it because the non 5 star review complained about the smell but I'm so glad I trusted my intuition and it have ordered! That helped me alot! It definitely smells like canola oil/coconut oil/shea butter, but I'd rather smell that than something that has an artificial fruity smell that isn't natural. If you are looking for something natural, I highly recommend it!

I love the balm itself but the metallic rose gold on the tube is starting to fall off and I have to keep peeling it off my skin and constantly worry it's about to come off to land on my nipple for feeding. I don't want my child to eat/swallow this! I love this item and would like the metallic ink removed from the tubes when the product receives a packaging update.

I switched from lanolin cream to this balm for the first few weeks of breastfeeding. I had cracked and sore nipples and this really helped! Lanolin left greasy stains on shirts, but this balm didn't. It's not as thick and pasty as other balms and creams. The scent is a bit strange but not super strong. It's expensive, but it was worth it for me!
