Installs in place of a normal switch. Manually turn fan on / off or program to run at certain times of day for increased energy efficiency and convenience. Can run in timer mode up to 60 minutes. Meets ASHRAE 62.2 Ventilation Standard, required or recommended in most states and provinces for new construction or whenever a permit is required. Easy-to-see backlit display shows current time to keep you on schedule when getting ready.

Efficiency and Efficiency

I have 3 bathrooms and this product is great for using the shower fan timer feature. This brand is consistent and lives up to expectations.

Great for saving energy when other people in the house routinely forget to turn off the bathroom fan

Installed in master bathroom and works great. Installation was easy. Programming was a bit tricky - it's not exactly intuitive, but once you get the hang of it it's actually quite easy. I've probably made it harder for myself than it needs to be. Two things that could be improved: 1. The default mode when you press the big power button turns the fan on or off without a timer. ie the fan stays on until you press the button again. There is no way to change this to enable it in timer modeโ€ฆ
