Honeywell Overtravel Plunger Microswitch BE 2RQ1 A4 Review

According to my experience, this microswitch has been a reliable component in our industrial electrical controls. The overtravel plunger design ensures accuracy in sensing movements and the robust build ensures durability. The only downside is the slightly high cost compared to other microswitches in the market.

Bought this switch to replace a worn one in our lift. After 3 days the spring wore out and the button didn't fully extend. A week later he stopped working completely because the case broke. This switch was well protected in the electrical case and didn't last long with minimal use!

Bought to replace the switch on the SIM two-post lift, especially the driving safety switch. I tried screwing it in and snapping it in, the casting cracked. I actually got two and both times the plastic case just exploded when the screw was tightened. If the part really needs to be bolted to something, I don't recommend this cheap version. I now have the factory version but the lift has been out of service for over 2 weeks waiting for an actual switch to fit.
